By incorporating interactive activities, real-world examples, and opportunities for reflection and discussion, I help people gain new knowledge that is retained long after the learning experience is over.
Over 20 years of L&D experience has taught me that the best learning happens when people are out of their comfort zone and enjoying themselves… so everything I design is stretching, real and fun!

There are many ways to bring learning to life, engage people and make it really stick.
I am trained in the Lego Serious Play® methodology and have used it to bring to life workshops and teambuilds to help groups explore different topics in a fun and insightful way.
It is a great way to level the room, get the team sharing on a deeper level and listening to each other differently.
